Drink Up!

Yoga has been the most transformative experience of my life. My relationship to my mind, my body and ultimately the world around me has simply...changed! Just by showing up on my mat time and time again, and being willing to really look honestly within, I've opened and experienced wholeness, stillness, strength of body, fortitude of spirit and softness of heart. It has proven an essential tool, a reliable friend and potent medicine. It's a 'way in' to the most authentic part of myself, giving me the clarity to live life with more freedom and acceptance. It is the greatest elixir I know!
